Mold Racks

Mold racks, also known as drawer racks or mold shelves, are primarily used to store various molds and molds. They are categorized into light-duty and heavy-duty mold racks based on load-bearing capacity. A mobile hoist can be installed on top of the rack for easy lifting of molds.

 

Beam Racks
Beam racks are safe and convenient, suitable for various warehouses, allowing direct access to goods. They are the simplest and most widely used racking system, maximizing space utilization. They employ a convenient pallet retrieval method, effectively cooperating with forklift loading and unloading, greatly improving operational efficiency. Equipment requirements: counterbalanced forklifts or stackers.

 

Drive-in Racking
Drive-in racks, also known as through-line racks or drive-in storage racks, are designed for storing large quantities of similar palletized goods. Pallets are stored one after another along the depth direction on support rails, increasing storage density and improving space utilization.

 

Gravity Flow Racking

Compared to ordinary pallet racking, gravity flow racking eliminates the need for operating aisles, thus increasing space utilization by 60%. Pallet handling follows the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle. Automatic storage and rotation, along with the separation of storage and picking operations, significantly improve output. Because goods slide due to gravity and there are no operating aisles, transport routes and the number of forklifts are reduced.

 

Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking is suitable for storing long and irregularly shaped goods. The forward-extending cantilever arms are lightweight, have good load-bearing capacity, and greatly improve warehouse utilization and work efficiency when storing irregularly shaped or unusually long materials. With the addition of shelves, it is particularly suitable for warehouses with limited space and low ceilings, offering convenient management, a wide field of vision, and higher utilization compared to ordinary shelving racking.

 

Mezzanine Racking

Mezzanine racking features a fully modular structure. Flooring can be made of materials such as wood, patterned steel, or steel plates. It can be flexibly designed as two- or multi-level racks and is suitable for hardware tools.

 

Flow racking

Utilizes flow rails to place goods into plastic boxes or turnover boxes, using the goods' own weight to achieve first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management. Suitable for storing materials on production lines or assembly lines, the material boxes slide down rollers under gravity.

 

Shuttle racking

Shuttle racking features: Forklifts do not need to enter the aisles, saving time and improving the safety of personnel and goods. Warehouse storage and retrieval efficiency is significantly improved. It fully utilizes warehouse space, allowing for approximately 80%~85% of the space to be used. Suitable for different types of products with flexible layered storage and retrieval. Compared to drive-in racks and through-racks, it has a more stable structure and a higher safety factor. It can achieve both FIFO and LIFO. It can automatically organize and inventory.
